Getting Started

It's a 45-minute video call (no phone calls) where we walk through your current workflow step by step. We ask you to show us the tools you use day-to-day, where tasks get stuck, and what's eating your team's time. At the end you'll get a clear list of automation opportunities — whether you work with us or not.

None at all. We handle all the technical setup, configuration, and testing. You just need to know your business. We'll explain everything in plain English and train your team on how to use (and maintain) what we build.

14 days from audit to live automation for standard implementations. Enterprise or complex multi-system builds may take longer — we'll give you an honest timeline upfront before you commit to anything.

No. We build automation around the tools you already use — PropertyMe, Console Cloud, MyCRM, Bullhorn, HubSpot, whatever it is. We're not here to sell you new software. We're here to help you connect them to make life easier. You may need an account on the automation platform we use for your build — we'll advise you upfront and help you set it up. Many have free tiers.

We use best-in-class automation platforms depending on which fits your stack best. For AI-powered workflows we use leading large language models via API.

Software updates can occasionally break integrations — it's the nature of APIs. That's why ongoing support is included in all plans. We monitor your automations and fix any issues quickly. You'll also get alerts if something stops working so nothing falls through the cracks.

Yes. Everything is built in your automation account — you own it completely. We give you full documentation and train you on how to make basic edits. For anything complex, you can call on us to make changes as part of your monthly retainer.

Yes. Protecting client data is a priority. We use secure integration methods and keep access limited to what is necessary for the work. We are also happy to sign an NDA before any audit call.

Pricing & Contracts

Plans start with a 3-month minimum commitment — enough time for your automations to bed in and deliver real results. After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. We also offer annual plans with 2 months free. We keep clients because the results speak for themselves — not because of contract clauses.

The $2,500 onboarding fee covers your workflow audit, full build, integration setup, testing, documentation, and team training. It's a fixed one-time fee — no hourly billing surprises. After that, your monthly retainer covers ongoing support, monitoring, and optimisation.

You can upgrade your plan at any time, or we can quote additional workflows as one-off builds. Growth plan clients get one new workflow per month included. We'll always tell you upfront if something is going to cost more.
